Oct.21 — Nvidia Corp.’s planned acquisition of Arm Ltd. may hit a roadblock. Bloomberg has learned that Chinese tech companies, including Huawei Technologies Co., are lobbying the country’s regulators to either reject or impose conditions on the $40 billion deal. Arm’s semiconductor designs and architecture are central to most electronics from smart phones to super computers and could become another pawn in the U.S.-China trade tussle.
