Sep.10 — Tom Barrack built Colony Capital by buying distressed assets during a recession. But during the current downturn, Colony is selling brick-and-mortar properties as it reshapes its portfolio to focus on what it calls ‘digital infrastructure.’ Bloomberg’s Jason Kelly sat down with Barrack and new Chief Executive Officer Marc Ganzi at Colony’s offices in New York City.
